ProjectsVertical Soccer

Vertical Soccer is a sidescrolling psuedo-sports game built with the DirectX API and the MFC library. It was created by a team of 2 as the final project for a 2D graphics course.

Vertical Soccer features one player character presented with the simple objective of scoring all the balls on the field into goals on the field within the time limit. The game has 2 maps.

The game uses two libraries - one that serves as a wrapper for some DirectX calls and another that serves as a wrapper for MFC calls. These libraries handle the rendering and window display. I was responsible for the scene manager, AI, collision and physics, primary design, and art.
